ALL BOTTLED UP
i was debating whether this Abilify medication is making me have some suicidal thoughts, it scares me alot, i dont know if i should tell my dad about these thoughts or not because i dont wanna get him worked up. FEEDBACK PLEASE

im so nervous lately and i dont know why? i think writing things down on paper will help calm all my nerves....its also due to stress and acid reflex.
